Job Summary
A key team member who will serve as an Time & Attendance expert and the main coordinator for the transition of T&A operations from Switzerland to a centralized team in Wroclaw. This position plays a vital role in ensuring regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and process efficiency. The successful candidate will support the transition efforts, acting as the central point of expertise and coordination to ensure a smooth and effective migration.
Education & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Time & Attendance.
- University degree.
- Proven expertise in managing T&A processes for Switzerland in accordance with local regulations.
- Strong ability to deliver high-quality, timely, and professional customer service.
- Capacity to multitask and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full scope of Time & Attendance processes for Switzerland, including absence tracking, overtime management, shift scheduling, and special leave administration.
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal company policies.
- Collaborate closely with Payroll and IT teams.
- Support cross-border employee documentation and ZEUS system operations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in German (working language).
- Good knowledge of English.
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss Time & Attendance regulations.
- Familiarity with the ZEUS system is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Prior experience in process transitions is a plus.
