Job Summary

As a Test Engineer, you will develop and maintain complex test processes for board-level, sub-assembly, and final assembly production.

Responsibilities

• Define test plans, select platforms, perform DFT analysis, and assess capacity
• Analyze key metrics and troubleshoot issues with yield, WIP, and downtime
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve quality issues
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, yield, and efficiency using Lean/Six Sigma
• Maintain documentation for test processes and equipment
• Create test specifications, drawings, and qualification documents
• Act as a technical liaison with customers on test design and performance
• Support testing methods including ICT, FVT, ESS, and system-level testing
• Follow all safety and EHS standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing test environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with C, Visual Basic, and LabVIEW preferred
• Knowledge of circuit design, schematic review, and electrical fundamentals
• Familiarity with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies)
• Experience with design tools (AutoCAD, OrCAD, etc.)
• Knowledge of data/reporting tools (SQL preferred)
• Experience working with customers and delivering presentations
• Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus
