Key Job description requirements : 
BE / B tech Mechanical with overall 7-12 Years experience 
Sound knowledge onGD & T basic concepts
Capability ofGauge / Fixture designing / giving strong inputs in this area 
'Exposure in handlingCMM / OMM Equipements
Basicprogramming knowledge on CMM / OMM 
Additional advantage if exposure in the equipment likeATOS Q / Sensofar etc
Leadin Qualitylaboratory
Have Min 3-5 Years of experience inLaboratory Management ,as lead
Exposure in handling ofNABL accreditedlab, will be additional advantage 
Sound knowledge in Concepts likeSPC/ MSA - GRR / PFMEA / APQP
Exposure in handlinghigh end customers / Customer audits etc
Developing team /Multiskilling of the team 
Newsupplier development& localization experience
Sound englishcommunication
Exposure inAutomation& advancedMIS platforms
Exposure in usage of MINITAB / JMP
Exposure inReliability tests/ overall Data management / sample storage requirement clarity etc
