工作职责

负责5G通信设备的测试与日常维护，按文件执行测试流程确保测试设备稳定运行。处理测试过程中异常问题（Fail分析及初步定位。

进行测试站点（Test Station）维护与简单故障排查。支持测试程序、治具、仪器的日常维护与验证，协助工程师（TE）进行测试优化及异常分析并记录并反馈测试数据，确保数据准确性。

• 学历与专业

大专及以上学历，电子、通信、自动化、计算机等相关专业优先测试与设备能力。

熟悉测试设备操作（如频谱仪、信号源等优先）。能按照测试流程完成设备测试与验证，有测试设备维护经验优先。

• 软件与工具

熟练使用电脑及Office软件（Excel优先），有MES系统或测试系统经验优先。

• 素质要求

责任心强，执行力好.能适应生产环境,良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识。
