Busquem un/a Tècnic/a d’injecció de termoplàstics apassionat/da per la producció i la qualitat, que vulgui aportar el seu talent en un entorn dinàmic i en constant evolució.

La teva missió serà operar i supervisar màquines d’injecció amb cicles ràpids i motlles multicavitat, assegurant que cada peça compleixi els més alts estàndards de qualitat i seguretat. Seràs clau per garantir l’eficiència del procés, resoldre incidències amb agilitat i impulsar la millora contínua.

Què faràs en el teu dia a dia?

➡️Preparació, ajust i posada en marxa de màquines d’injecció.

➡️Control dels paràmetres del procés per garantir estabilitat i qualitat.

➡️Detecció i resolució d’incidències en el procés.

➡️Compliment estricte de les normes de seguretat i procediments interns.

Quins requisits busquem?

✅ Experiència mínima de 5 anys en processos d’injecció de plàstic, preferiblement en entorns de producció elevada.

✅ Coneixement en màquines de cicles ràpids i motlles multicavitat.

✅ Disponibilitat per treballar en torns rotatius.

✅ Capacitat per treballar en equip i orientació a la millora contínua.

We are looking for a Thermoplastic Injection Technician passionate about production and quality, eager to bring their talent to a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

Your mission will be to operate and supervise injection machines with fast cycles and multi-cavity molds, ensuring that every part meets the highest standards of quality and safety. You will play a key role in guaranteeing process efficiency, resolving issues quickly, and driving continuous improvement.

What will you do on a daily basis?

➡️ Prepare, adjust, and start up injection machines.
➡️ Monitor process parameters to ensure stability and quality.
➡️ Detect and resolve issues during the process.
➡️ Strictly comply with safety standards and internal procedures.

Requirements we are looking for:

✅ Ability to work in a team and focus on continuous improvement.
