岗位概述：负责工厂公用设施、生产设备及后勤配套的全面运维管理，保障厂区生产连续稳定运行，落实设施/设备合规、能耗管控、现场改善、配合EHS安全环保管理。

主要工作职责：本岗位50%生产设备+50%公用设施

1. 公用动力系统运维：负责厂区配电、空压机、纯水、暖通空调、排风、环保除尘等公用系统日常巡检、保养、故障抢修，保障全厂水、电、气、风、冷、暖稳定供应。

2. 消防与特种设备管理：统筹跟进厂区消防系统日常点检、维保、年检及整改；负责电梯、储气罐、蒸发锅炉等特种设备台账管理、定期报检、校验取证，确保合规性。

3. 厂房与设施修缮：负责厂房车间结构、地面、天花板、隔断、门窗、管网、道路、雨污水、排水系统等基础设施维修、改造、堵漏及日常修缮，跟进车间改造、管路新增、厂区零星工程施工与验收。

4. 能耗管控与成本优化：负责全厂水电气能耗统计、数据分析、节能改善，管控厂务备品备件耗材，优化运维成本，降低工厂能耗浪费。

5. EHS协同管理：负责环保除尘（废气）设备、排风、纯水、三废配套设施运维，配合环评、年检、政府检查、隐患整改，保障厂区安全、环保、消防合规。协助管理加标锁定（LOTO）的文件编制及执行。

6. 日常运维与项目管理：处理全厂日常报修、应急抢修，制定年度/月度预防性保养计划；跟进厂区扩产、改造、新建公用工程方案对接、施工监督与验收交付。负责厂区各车间照明、门禁、监控、环境设施维护，保障厂区生产及配套正常运行。

7. 生产设备运维：负责数控机床/焊机/锯床/切管机/冲洗机/烘干机等生产设备的让维修/维护，协调厂商进行设备维修与改造，分析原因提出解决方案。（重点生产设备电气/机械）

岗位要求

1. 大专及以上学历，机电/机械/工程相关专业；年龄：25-40岁；

2. 熟悉生产设备（数控机床/焊机/锯床/切管机/冲洗机/烘干机）和工厂公用系统运行原理，具备故障应急处理能力和较强的维修动手能力，能够独立排查水/电/气/风/常见故障原因；

3. 5年以上外资企业设备/厂务岗位经验，有3年以上一线维修/保养工作经验；

4. 持有电工资格证，电工操作证(必须)，有电气/机电工程师证更佳；

5. 良好的学习能力/沟通和抗压能力，性格沉稳，服从安排，适应临时加班及紧急抢修任务；

6. 熟悉操作Rord,Excel等办公软件,能看懂CAD图纸。
