This role supports the Information Architecture (IA) team in organizing, structuring, and labeling content and data within Jabil's systems to enhance usability and findability for internal and external users.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Assist in the research, analysis, and documentation of existing information architectures and user workflows.
* Support the creation and maintenance of sitemaps, wireframes, and user flow diagrams.
* Contribute to user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, and assist in synthesizing findings.
* Help maintain and update content inventories and classification schemes.
* Collaborate with IA specialists and other teams (e.g., UX/UI design, development, content) to implement IA solutions.
* Participate in quality assurance and testing of IA implementations to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
* Assist in preparing presentations and reports on IA initiatives and progress.
* Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in information architecture and user experience.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Library Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 1-3 years of experience in a support role related to information architecture, content management, or user experience.
* Basic understanding of IA principles, including content organization, navigation design, and search optimization.
* Familiarity with IA/UX tools such as Visio, Axure, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Basic project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
