Join our team as an Apprentice Molding Technician and gain practical experience with modern injection molding processes while learning from experienced industry professionals.

Location: Osijek

Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week

What You'll Do

• Support the Molding team in setting up, monitoring, and operating injection molding machines and related equipment.

• Assist with process adjustments and basic troubleshooting to help ensure product quality and efficient production.

• Learn about mold installation, machine start-ups, changeovers, and process optimization.

• Follow safety and quality standards while maintaining an organized work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate of a technical high school, vocational school, college, or university in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a related field.

• Previous internship, apprenticeship, project work, or practical technical experience is an advantage but not required.

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, injection molding, mechanical systems, or production equipment is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
