How Will You Make an Impact?
As a Quality Leader at our Grand Junction, CO facility, you will act as the central point of contact for all internal audit functions, serving as the primary contact for issues related to internal audit plans, schedules, and corrective actions of the Management System operating at Jabil. You will support the Quality Systems Manager in the research, formulation, and documentation of quality, environmental, and business systems improvements and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement efforts. You will also assist in ensuring continuous improvement in the operating system and audit practices.

Location: On-site at our Grand Junction, CO facility

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What Will You Do?

  • Audit and direct the internal audit function.
  • Coach and mentor Internal Audit staff.
  • Develop and manage audit plans, schedules, checklists, and training for the internal audit function.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational metrics and organizational goals.
  • Create and validate training curriculum within the area of responsibility.
  • Coordinate activities of large teams, maintaining focus during crises.
  • Ensure fair and consistent recognition and reward practices.
  • Provide a communication forum for idea exchange within the department.
  • Adapt communication style to individual team members and act as an internal consultant during audit findings presentations.
  • Understand campus strategic directions and implement Systems Audit strategies aligned with them.
  • Identify ways to reduce costs by streamlining processes and systems.
  • Utilize tools to monitor departmental cost trends and improve value.
  • Serve as subject matter expert in interpreting ISO9000-2000, TL9000, and ISO140000 standards.
  • Assist in process mapping and value‑add analysis.
  • Adhere to safety and health rules and regulations and comply with all procedures within the company security policy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

How Will You Get Here?

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
  • Six years related experience., or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • ASQ certification as a Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor.
  • Experience in regulatory affairs, desirable.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Professional clear communication, both verbal and written.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO9000:2000, ISO14001, TL9000, BABT PS340, ISO13485, TS16949, ISO Q10011, ISO 14012, ISO/IEC 17025.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations including fractions, decimals, rate, ratio, percent, and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
  • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions.
  • Ability to meet physical demands including sitting, standing, walking, attending meetings, and reading documents or computer screens.
  • Ability to work in office and manufacturing environments with noise ranging from low to moderate.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%.

This position requires use of information which is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The hourly pay range for this role is $21.73 - $39.13. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: April 24, 2026.
