Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Photonic Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling at auto aligner and troubleshooting in daily shiftily basis . This role requires a strong understanding of photonics, precision assembly techniques using fiContec machine , and the ability to work in a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly and Testing:

• Assemble photonic components and systems according to detailed specifications and diagrams.
• Perform precision alignment of optical components using fiContec 6 axis aligner .

Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

• Diagnose and resolve issues with photonic devices and manufacturing equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of photonic manufacturing equipment.

Quality Control:

• Document and report any defects or discrepancies.

Cleanroom Compliance:

• Adhere to cleanroom protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate Diploma or higher in Photonics, Optics, Electronics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in photonic or optical device manufacturing.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in using optical alignment tools and equipment.- fiConTec ( 6 axis aligner )
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
