Coordinate warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities / Trách nhiệm chính

• Coordinate and execute physical and system transactions for receiving and shipping goods.
• Prepare and complete receiving/shipping documentation.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift).
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper storage.
• Maintain SAP/system data integrity.
• Support material movement to meet operational timelines.
• Supervise warehouse clerks in absence of Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain warehouse organization (5S) and safety standards.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.

• Chuẩn bị và hoàn tất chứng từ nhập/xuất kho.
• Vận hành thiết bị kho (ví dụ: xe nâng).
• Đảm bảo độ chính xác tồn kho và lưu trữ đúng quy định.
• Duy trì tính chính xác dữ liệu trên hệ thống (SAP hoặc tương đương).
• Hỗ trợ luân chuyển hàng hóa đáp ứng tiến độ vận hành.
• Giám sát nhân viên kho khi không có quản lý trực tiếp.
• Duy trì 5S và an toàn trong kho.
• Có thể thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công.

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in inventory control, inbound/outbound operations.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, warehouse systems/SAP preferred).
• Ability to operate forklift is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

• Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kho vận/logistics.
• Tốt nghiệp từ trung cấp trở lên (chuyên ngành Logistics, Chuỗi cung ứng hoặc liên quan).
• Có kinh nghiệm quản lý tồn kho, nhập/xuất hàng.
• Kỹ năng vi tính cơ bản (MS Office, ưu tiên biết SAP hoặc hệ thống kho).
• Biết vận hành xe nâng là lợi thế.
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm tốt.
• Có khả năng giải quyết vấn đề cơ bản, cẩn thận và chú ý chi tiết.
