ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Be responsible for the maintenance of the production line, ensure the normal operation of production line testing, and handle faults occurring during testing in a timely manner.
2. Be responsible for the analysis of non-conforming products and possess excellent welding technology.
3. Manage the 5S and maintenance spare parts of test fixtures.
4. Perform spot checks, maintenance, upkeep, calibration of test equipment and fixtures, and conduct safety inventory control.
5. Improve and enhance machine performance indicators such as CPK, GR&R, and correlation.
6. Compile test operation instruction SOPs and conduct training for operators.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in whole machine or FATP product testing in electronics factories.
2. Academic Requirement: College degree or above.
3. English Proficiency: Excellent.
