JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team member to support the Time & Attendance (T&A) operations transition from Switzerland to our centralized team in Wroclaw. This role is designed for someone who has a strong willingness to learn and contribute. Fluency in Italian is essential, as you’ll be working in an international environment and supporting cross-border documentation and communication.

Education & Experience

  • Experience in HR or Payroll-related field.
  • University degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Italian and good knowledge of English.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Time & Attendance processes for Switzerland.
  • Manage absence tracking, shift scheduling, and documentation updates.
  • Help ensure compliance with internal policies and support cross-border employee documentation.
  • Collaborate with Payroll and IT teams on operational tasks.
  • Participate in system-related activities (e.g., ZEUS) with guidance from senior team members.

Job Qualifications & Knowledge Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written).
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Understanding of HR or administrative processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Time & Attendance systems (e.g., ZEUS) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in T&A or Payroll for Switzerland is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
