岗位职责：
1.制定 QC 標準作業流程（SOP）、檢驗規範、品質制度
2.規劃年度品質改善計畫與 KPI
3.管控原物料、製程、成品的品質指標
4.主導異常問題分析（5Why、Fishbone、8D、DMAIC）
5.跨部門協調與改善推動

任职要求：
1. 大學以上學歷, 具備英文溝通能力，口语精通。
2. 5年以上品质工作&1年以上品質管理相關經驗，重点QC流程，约30人，偏电子件，组装。
3.熟悉 IQC / IPQC / FQC / OQC 流程管理
4.了解 ISO 9001、IATF 16949、ISO 14001 等標準
5.熟悉 5Why、8D、RCA、FMEA（PFMEA、DFMEA）
6.統計分析、品質指標管理
