JOB SUMMARY


The position is an entry-level role that supports the Company’s global lease accounting and financial reporting processes. Working under direct supervision and established procedures. The analyst will review lease agreement, prepare lease analysis, maintain accurate lease data, and support lease disclosures for the Company’s external financial reports. 


The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various cross-functional partners to obtain complete and accurate information. The analyst will also assist with technical accounting research, process improvement, and other special projects. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Technical Accounting - Leases 

· Review lease agreements and other supporting documents to identify lease terms and ensure required documentation is complete. 

· Prepare lease accounting analyses in accordance with U.S. GAAP ASC 842 

· Assist with the preparation and validation of lease-related information used in the Company’s Form 10-Q and Form 10-K filings. 

· Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and complete assigned deliverables within established deadlines. 

· Research lease accounting guidance and document conclusions for routine accounting questions, with guidance from senior team members. 

· Complete ad hoc analyses and special projects as requested by management. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 

KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 
• 0-2 years of experience. 
• The ability to identify, understand a problem and its root cause, and research effective solutions. 
• Strong attention to detail and organization. 
• Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills. 
• Proficiency in understanding and use of Excel. 
• Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration with an emphasis on building solid working relationships. 
• Demonstrated knowledge of Accounting concepts, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP) and SEC reporting requirements. 
• Simultaneously balances multiple responsibilities; prioritizes tasks based on urgency and relevance. 
• Results driven and ability to meet deadlines. 
• Understanding of the political and societal impacts on business across multiple countries. 
• Ability to extract and analyze data to identify trends, anomalies and differences.
