Sr. New Product Introduction Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with cross-functional team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards
• Manage project scope, schedule and deliverables
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and clients regarding progress, issues or concerns
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff members as needed
• Review and approve engineering drawings and specifications for compliance with industry regulations and client requirements
• Conduct regular reviews of project status reports and provide feedback to improve communication channels between teams
• Coordinate resources across departments such as manufacturing, purchasing, logistics etc., ensuring efficient allocation of personnel and materials throughout production process
• Collaborate with internal departments like finance/legal/HR etc., providing input into policies/procedures related to product development processes
• Identify potential risks early in development cycle and implement mitigation strategies accordingly

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience
• Strong knowledge base in mechanical design and tooling design
• Experience managing large scale NPI programs (500+ units)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while being able to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 40%
• Fluent English language skill required
