The Senior Corporate Counsel will provide strategic legal support to Jabil’s Procurement and Supply Chain Services business unit, as well as to senior members of the Legal Department. This role will focus primarily on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts, with a strong emphasis on aligning legal outcomes with business goals and risk management priorities. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, delivering practical, solutions-oriented legal guidance that supports operational efficiency, compliance, and sustainable growth in a dynamic global environment.

  • Review, draft, and redline a variety of commercial contracts in accordance with approved risk profiles and company policies.

  • Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice and effectively identify, assess, and escalate legal and commercial risks as appropriate.

  • Manage assigned matters and projects with a high degree of independence, demonstrating sound judgment and professional presence in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Work on projects of increasing complexity, providing legal advice to business clients as required and under the supervision of the Associate General Counsel.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Legal Department to enhance efficiency, consistency, and risk management

  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Reports to Associate General Counsel.

  • Job isNOT directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management).  

  • Excellent oral and written communication, good judgement, strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate ability to work in a changing, fast paced, and energetic environment. An ability to communicate well with both lawyers and non-lawyers, including employees at all levels seeking advice.

  • Strong work ethic, motivated and self-starter, ability to resolve conflict, business acumen with business-oriented approach to problem solving, ability to prioritize and manage competing demands

  • Demonstrable expertise drafting, revising (redlining) and negotiating complex, global customer and supplier commercial contracts, as well as consulting and other services contracts.

  • Minimum 5 years of legal experience or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.

  • Graduate of an ABA accredited law school, member of a bar in good standing, eligible to practice law in Florida.
