JOB SUMMARY
Coordinate with technical resources in the Global Cybersecurity & IT Compliance organization to guide planning and timelines, scheduling project team meetings, and document weekly project updates. Incumbent will be responsible forLevel 4 projects that improve existing business processes and systems, support implementations, organize training sessions, and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
Intern Duties & Responsibilities
Manage Level 4 projects, schedules, budgets, and risks.
Coordinate implementation and validation activities.
Report project status, issues and implemented solutions as well as evaluations and assessments of the results.
Management of Resource capacity and time tracking allocated to the project.
Drive relevant, concise and effective communication through a variety of mediums.
Provide administrative support to Senior Project Manager.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Class Year(s): Rising Junior, Rising Senior, Recent Graduate, Graduate Students
GPA: Min 3.0
Technical Skills
Effective Communication.
Self-starter – Ability to drive work.
Attention to detail.
Interest in project management tools and methodologies.
Microsoft Office, ServiceNow fluency is a plus.
Leadership Skills: Agility, Building Trusting Relationships, Decision Making Skills, and Resilience
Availability: Must be available to work in St. Petersburg Florida from May 18, 2026– Aug 7, 2026.
