• Übernahme von einem Projekt nach Vorgaben der Bereichsleitung
• Projekt entsprechend den definierten Zielen planen
• Umsetzung der im Plan festgelegten Aufgaben
• Projektfortschritt überwachen und an Bereichsleitung rapportieren
• Korrekturmassnahmen ergreifen bei Abweichungen
• Projekt abschliessen inklusive Dokumentation und Evaluierung
