Job Summary

  • Supports automation systems for material flow between warehouse and manufacturing
  • Focus on warehouse automation and production-connected systems
  • Includes AMRs, AGVs, storage systems, staging
  • Not a design role—focused on implementation, support, and improvement

Responsibilities

  • Warehouse & Material Flow
    • Support systems for Inbound flow, Storage and retrieval, Staging and kitting, Line-side delivery, and Outbound flow
  • New Product Introduction (NPI)
    • Align material handling with product requirements
    • Integrate products into warehouse systems
    • Support validation and readiness
  • New Automation Asset Introduction
    • Support installation, commissioning, and startup
    • Assist with integration and ramp
  • Automation Technologies
    • Work with: AMRs / AGVs, ASRS, VLM, rack systems, Staging & sequencing systems
  • Production & Warehouse Interface
    • Collaborate with: Warehouse, Manufacturing, IE, Facilities
  • Troubleshooting
    • Resolve: Material flow issues, AMR/AGV performance, Storage/retrieval problems
    • Restore operations quickly
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Improve: Material flow efficiency, Throughput, Storage utilization, System uptime
    • Support root cause analysis and optimization
  • Supplier Support
    • Work with automation integrators for:
      • Installation
      • Debugging
      • Performance improvements
  • Documentation & Training
    • Develop guides and training for warehouse/operations teams

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Supply Chain/Logistics Engineering
  • Level P01: 0–2 years (internships/projects)
  • Level P02: 2–5 years (warehouse/manufacturing automation)

Technical Knowledge

  • Warehouse operations and material flow
  • AMR/AGV systems
  • Storage systems (ASRS, VLM, racks)
  • Basic WMS and fleet management understanding
  • Strong troubleshooting skills

Additional Expectations

  • Align with regional automation strategy
  • Support NPI, new automation deployment, and continuous improvement
  • Operate in a hands-on, execution-focused role

The pay range for this role is $58,800 - $94,100. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: August 10, 2026.
