JOB SUMMARY
Oversee and manage all end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and achievement of company objectives. This role is responsible for optimizing inventory flow, supervising shipping schedules, and serving as the primary interface with key external partners, including Customs Departments, Freight Forwarders, and Vendors, to guarantee on-time target achievement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage the daily execution of all warehouse operational functions, including receiving, storage, internal movements, staging, and shipping operations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics, productivity, and site material flow.
- Manage inventory control programs to ensure high levels of accuracy (e.g., cycle counting, physical inventory reconciliation) and optimize warehouse layout and utilization.
- Coordinate with external parties, including Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers, and Vendors, to ensure timely and compliant shipping/receiving schedules.
- Ensure strict compliance with all current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain detailed records of all warehousing activities, ensuring documentation integrity and traceability per current SOPs.
- Oversee Quality Assurance (QA) checks on incoming and outgoing materials to maintain product integrity and prevent damage.
- Ensure the timely investigation and resolution of deviations and the effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) within specified deadlines.
- Facilitate and serve as the primary subject matter expert during Client, Internal, and Regulatory (e.g., FDA, DEA) audits and inquiries.
- Establish and enforce effective safety programs and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and ensure the effective and safe use of all material handling equipment.
- Supervise, organize, and manage the daily duties of the warehouse staff, ensuring adequate coverage and resource allocation.
- Motivate, train, mentor, and discipline warehouse personnel to foster a high-performance, compliant, and positive work culture.
- Conduct performance reviews and support the professional development of the team.
- Provide additional operational support and leadership as required to meet critical business objectives.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Strong understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and warehousing operations required
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP system strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry.
- Strong proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable company’s business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets.
- Strong financial and analytical ability. Proficiency in managing business analytics to determine the optimum company footprint.
- Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and management continuous productivity and cost reduction programs.
- Strong and convincing communication skills.
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
· Plus 3 - 5 years experience, including 2 years experience in supervision.
· Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.

The pay range for this role is $81,400 - $146,500. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
