Finance intern

- Handling official receipts and posting payment vouchers.

- Gathering resignees' personal email addresses from HR and sending the last payslip/EA form to employees.

- Following up with tax authorities on employee tax clearance status.

- Raising Coupa requests for all statutory payments done via Maybank.

- Following up with HR on beneficiary details for death cases and the salary on-hold list.

- Checking and validating the information of EA forms before releasing them to employees.
