JOB SUMMARY

The Business Unit Program Manager (SCaaS Commercial Operations) is responsible for driving commercial performance and business execution for assigned customers and EMS partners within Supply Chain as a Service (SCaaS). This role serves as the primary interface between customers, EMS partners, Finance, Planning, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to deliver revenue growth, margin improvement, working capital optimization, and customer satisfaction.

The position requires strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder management skills to drive business results, resolve commercial issues, manage customer commitments, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

The individual will work independently to manage complex business challenges, lead cross-functional initiatives, and influence both internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary commercial interface for assigned customers and EMS partners.

  • Drive revenue, margin, and profitability performance for assigned accounts.

  • Support customer business reviews and commercial discussions.

  • Manage customer quotations, pricing requests, and commercial approvals.

  • Lead PPV, IRV, expedite cost, freight recovery, and other customer claim activities.

  • Monitor and drive accounts receivable collections, dispute resolution, and working capital improvement initiatives.

  • Identify commercial, financial, and operational risks and develop mitigation plans.

  • Coordinate with Planning, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure successful execution of customer requirements.

  • Manage EMS commercial engagements, quotations, and issue resolution.

  • Support new business opportunities, customer onboarding, and business expansion initiatives.

  • Prepare business performance reports, dashboards, forecasts, and management presentations.

  • Drive closure of customer action items and commercial commitments.

  • Escalate critical business issues and provide recommendations to leadership.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, EMS partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience, profitability, and operational effectiveness.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.

  • Understanding of revenue, margin, pricing, profitability, and working capital management.

  • Knowledge of accounts receivable, customer claims, PPV/IRV processes, and cost recovery activities.

  • Strong supply chain, materials management, and operations knowledge.

  • Experience working with customers, EMS partners, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to identify risks, evaluate business impacts, and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Ability to effectively present information and communicate with customers, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.

  • Experience with ERP systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Strong project and program management capabilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and exercise sound business judgment.
