JOB SUMMARY

To lead and motivate a group of production operators to meet the company's goals in terms of quality, schedule, yield and productivity according to procedure.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Has developed expertise in the function through a combination of job-related training and work experience. Completes tasks in a resourceful manner using specialized skills. Works on assignments of a non-routine nature and determines methods and procedures for newly introduced assignments.

May provide guidance to team members and support daily production activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 18 months at Jabil and in S03 position for a min of 6 months, before being eligible for promotion to S04.

• Demonstrated knowledge of production processes and the ability to support daily operations.
