How Will You Make An Impact?

The Culture & Engagement Specialist plays a key role in bringing our employee experience to life across the Florence, KY campus. This role supports the execution of engagement and culture initiatives for a population of 4,000+ employees across multiple buildings.

Working closely with the Engagement & Culture Manager, Site HR, and Operations leaders, this position focuses on delivering high-quality programs, events, and communications that strengthen engagement, recognition, and workplace culture. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being highly visible and connected to employees on the floor.

Location

This role is based on-site at our Florence, KY campus (3 buildings).

What Will You Do?

  • Support the execution of campus-wide engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs across all buildings

  • Partner with Site HR and Operations to coordinate and deliver engagement activities that align with business needs

  • Assist in gathering and organizing employee feedback (e.g., surveys, pulse checks, roundtables) and help track follow-up actions

  • Coordinate logistics for engagement events, including scheduling, materials, communications, and on-site support

  • Maintain and track engagement calendars, participation, and program effectiveness metrics

  • Support post-survey action planning by helping organize data, materials, and communications for leaders

  • Serve as a visible and approachable resource for employees, helping to promote programs and encourage participation

  • Assist with communication efforts, including creating flyers, emails, and on-site messaging to drive awareness and engagement

  • Help ensure consistency in engagement and recognition programs across all buildings while adapting to shift and workforce needs

  • Partner with leadership and HR to identify opportunities to improve employee experience at the campus level

  • Support additional HR and engagement-related initiatives as needed

How Will You Get Here?

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

Experience:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, events, or a related field

  • Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment (manufacturing, logistics, or similar preferred)

  • Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs

  • Comfortable working in a highly visible, employee-facing role

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization

  • Creative mindset with the ability to bring engagement ideas to life

  • Flexible and willing to support different off-shifts when needed
