· Responsible for production site command and production status management, track production progress, and ensure that all production plans are completed on time.

· Coordinate human resources in combination with production and promote the team to continuously improve various performance indicators.

· Production efficiency improvement and optimization.

· Quality management, improve the quality level, ensure that all team members work according to the documents.

· Responsible for cost control, including but not limited to the control of personnel, working hours, auxiliary materials and scrap.

· Team personnel training and development, improve team morale, ensure that all operators are strictly trained and certified.

· Cross-departmental and team communication and coordination.

· Production site management (5S, EHS, discipline etc.), maintain the work site 5S to meet the standard requirements.

· Lean production and continuous improvement and innovation, identifying creative ways to reduce costs by streamlining processes and systems.

· Provide digital solutions, on-site execution and process analysis.

· Staff care: Care about the life and work status of employees, timely solve the problems of employees, and promote team building.

· Perform other duties according to the instructions of manufacturing manager/production line manager and workshop manager, and obey other tasks assigned by superior supervisor.

3.1Hard skills

Proficiency with Jabil's software packages

Interpretation of safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals

Writing routine reports and correspondence

Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, decimals)

Computing rate, ratio, and percent; interpreting bar graphs

Production scheduling and execution management

Cost control (personnel, working hours, auxiliary materials, scrap)

4.2Soft skills

Effective public speaking in front of groups and employees

Cross-departmental communication and coordination

Team leadership and development

Staff training and certification

Employee care and team building

4.1Academic level (minimum required)

*Bachelor's degree is preferred.

*Two or more years of experience in similar Line Leader Production Group

*Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

4.2Proven experience

*Two to three years of experience in similar Line Leader Production Group

*Experience using SAP and Jabil software tools.

*Experience using Microsoft software tools or similar.

4.3Domain of operations

• Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages. 

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.   

• Ability to speak effectively in front of groups or employees of organization.  

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. 

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
