Job Description: 

We are looking for a Senior Full-stack Engineer with strong expertise in Django (Python) and React to join a team that requires support in building and leading web development efforts. 

The team has a solid understanding of the system, business logic, and requirements, but lacks hands-on web development expertise. This role is critical in taking ownership of the web direction, driving implementation, and ensuring high-quality delivery of the web components. 

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, make technical decisions, and guide the team in web-related aspects.

Technical Requirements (Mandatory) 

• Strong experience as a Full-stack Engineer

• Proven hands-on experience with Django (Python) for backend development and React for frontend development  

• Ability to design and develop web applications end-to-end

• Strong understanding of web architecture, APIs, and system design

• Experience working with business logic and translating requirements into technical solutions

• Ability to lead web development efforts within a team

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently

• Experience working in teams with limited web expertise

• Experience in technical leadership or mentoring

• Experience working in cross-functional teams

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills 

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of web development direction within the project  

• Design and implement backend (Django) and frontend (React) solutions  

• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable systems  

• Support and guide the team in web-related decisions and implementation  

• Ensure code quality, architecture, and best practices
