Jabil’s Intelligent Infrastructure segment is seeking a dynamic and experiencedMarketing Managerto lead strategic marketing initiatives across the cloud, enterprise, data center, networking, telecommunications, photonics, and semiconductor capital equipment sectors.

In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, drive business growth, and engage key customer segments. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, product management, business units, and enterprise marketing—to deliver impactful campaigns, thought leadership content, and high-value customer experiences.

What can you expect to do?

• Design and implement marketing plans that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement aligned with business objectives.

• Collaborate with product, sales, and business development teams to craft compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.

• Lead digital marketing efforts including website optimization, social media, email campaigns, and performance analytics.

• Develop high-quality content across formats—white papers, case studies, videos, presentations—that position Jabil as a trusted industry leader.

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, in alignment with Jabil’s global brand standards.

• Plan and execute trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences to maximize visibility and lead generation.

• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and industry partners to support marketing execution.

• Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives where aligned with marketing goals.

What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required (MBA preferred).

• 5-8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors.

• Deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies, including digital, content, and event marketing.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

• Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.

• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed organization.
