Jabil is seeking a Business Unit Director to lead strategic programs and customer accounts, with full P&L ownership and a focus on building and scaling a new U.S. site dedicated to AI-driven data center infrastructure. This high-impact role involves onboarding new customers and scaling operations to support server, storage, and networking solutions in cloud and enterprise markets.

This leader works across teams to drive strategic goals, manage executive-level customer relationships, and oversee contract negotiations. The role requires independent decision-making, problem-solving, and frequent collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results.

What can you expect to do?

  • Lead full global responsibility for customer P&L, including pricing strategy and revenue growth.
  • Strategically manage customer relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Drive operational execution, SLA delivery, and escalation resolution across sites.
  • Define and staff the Business Unit structure to support customer and business needs.
  • Lead the RFP process and support quoting for new scopes of work.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships internally and externally to influence strategic direction.
  • Oversee team performance, development, and recognition; foster a culture of servant leadership.
  • Champion continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and performance metrics.
  • Represent the Business Unit in site-level strategic planning and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial leadership in launching and scaling a new site focused on AI-driven data center infrastructure.

What is the knowledge and experience needed to be successful in this role?

Knowledge Requirements

  • Knowledge of Data Center operations and compute / server market and industry trends.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills.
  • Deep understanding of global business practices, operational functions, and financial principles (e.g., P&L, balance sheets).
  • Experience with contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and SLA management.
  • Proficiency in business analytics, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics operations.
  • Familiarity with international tax, customs, and compliance frameworks.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and enterprise systems (e.g., financial tools, quoting platforms).
  • Proven ability to lead in matrixed environments and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Degree in Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or Business Management preferred.
  • Eight (8) to ten (10) years’ work-related experience required, preferably in Financial or Manufacturing Operations fields.
  • Significant previous Business Unit Manager (or equivalent job) work experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ management experience required.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.

The pay range for this role is $159,600 - $287,200. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: December 10, 2025.

As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance. In addition, Jabil offers benefits to enhance your health, wealth, and resilient self. These include medical, dental, and vision insurance plans; paid time off accruing at a rate of 3.07 hours during your first year of employment; 4 weeks of paid parental leave; in 2026, 11 company-paid holidays (9 fixed holidays and 2 optional floating holidays), subject to change yearly; 401(k) retirement plan; and employee stock purchase plan.
