Què faràs en el teu dia a dia?

➡️Coordinar el torn i planificar recursos.

Quins requisits busquem?

✅ Experiència en injecció (mínim 3-5 anys)

✅ Experiència en lideratge: valorada, però no imprescindible. Busquem persones amb potencial per liderar, encara que no hagin tingut un rol formal abans.

✅ Coneixements Lean Six Sigma (punt extra).

✅ Domini avançat de les eines d’Office.

Would you like to be part of Jabil Tortosa’s Operations team?

We are looking for someone with energy, a desire to grow, and the ability to coordinate people and processes. If you are passionate about production, quality, and continuous improvement, this is your place! Join us as a Shift Supervisor and make a difference.

What will you do on a daily basis?

➡️ Coordinate the shift and plan resources.

➡️ Lead operational meetings and communicate results.

➡️ Supervise injection and assembly processes.

➡️ Train and develop the team.

➡️ Drive Lean and 5S for continuous improvement.

➡️ Ensure compliance with Good Practices, EHS, and Quality standards.

➡️ Work rotating shifts following the 5T schedule to guarantee coverage and production continuity.

What requirements are we looking for?

✅ Experience in injection (minimum 3–5 years).

✅ Leadership experience: valued but not essential. We are looking for people with potential to lead, even if they have not held a formal role before.

✅ Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (a plus).

✅ Advanced proficiency in Office tools.
