Job Summary
As an Automation Plant Facility Engineer at Taiwan Green Point Enterprises Co., Ltd., you will be responsible for the stable operation and maintenance of all plant facilities and systems within our automated production environment. This role is crucial for ensuring uninterrupted production and a safe working environment.

Job Responsibilities
* **Facility Operations & Maintenance:** Oversee the daily operation, inspection, and maintenance of various plant facilities, including but not limited to electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, compressed air, and water treatment systems.
* **Troubleshooting & Repair:** Diagnose and resolve technical issues and breakdowns in plant equipment and infrastructure efficiently to minimize downtime.
* **Preventative Maintenance Planning:** Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures to extend equipment lifespan and ensure optimal performance.
* **System Optimization:** Identify opportunities for facility system optimization, energy efficiency improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.
* **Vendor Management:** Coordinate and supervise external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance, repairs, or new installations.
* **Documentation & Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Prepare reports on facility performance and issues.
* **Safety & Compliance:** Ensure all facility operations comply with relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
* **New Project Support:** Participate in the planning and execution of new facility installations, upgrades, and expansion projects.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Proven experience (3+ years) in facility engineering or maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably in an automated plant.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and other industrial utilities.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues.
* Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental compliance standards.
* Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required; basic English communication skills are a plus.
