Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Planning and Control Specialist to optimize our manufacturing processes and ensure timely product delivery for Taiwan Green Point Enterprises Co., Ltd.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and forecasts to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
* Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines.
* Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and production departments to ensure smooth material flow and production execution.
* Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize waste and optimize storage.
* Analyze production data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
* Implement and maintain production control systems and procedures.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning and control.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations throughout the production process.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
* Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., ERP, MRP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
* Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken, is highly preferred.
