Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfillment for Taiwan Green Point Enterprises Co., Ltd.

Job Responsibilities**

* Coordinate and oversee all inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
* Monitor key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure performance targets are met.
* Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
* Streamline existing warehouse processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain operations.
* Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
* Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
* Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
* Implement and enforce quality control measures for all warehouse activities.

Job Qualifications**

* Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
* Strong skills in Activity Coordination and Organizing.
* Demonstrated ability in Problem Solving and Issue Escalation.
* Experience with Monitoring and analyzing Operational Metrics.
* Proficiency in Process Streamlining and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Excellent Collaboration and communication skills.
* High degree of Adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
* Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
