岗位职责：

1.维护EHS管理体系（ ISO 45001）和规章制度；

2.了解最新适用的EHS标准和法规，并进行风险评估；

3.负责生产车间危害识别和风险评估，管理现场风险，推动责任单位和生产车间制定和实施控制措施，将风险降低到可控范围内；

4.在现场实施公司安全标准，根据公司标准进行差距分析，制定/更新现场级操作流程；

5.为职能部门/生产车间安全员提供EHS指导和建议，管理变更风险，确保新项目机械安全、化学品等符合所有适用的标准、法规和程序；

6.支持EHS相关审核，如管理体系外部审核，客户审核，政府审核等；

7.支持相关员工的EHS培训。

职位要求：

1.本科以上学历，安全工程专业；

2.英语四级以上，口语流利；

3.有3年及以上安全工程工作经验，熟悉各类 EHS 制度和流程者可适当放宽学历要求和工作年限要求；

4.具备良好的沟通和团队合作能力，能够与其他部门的同事合作；

5.熟练使用 Office 办公软件，了解 KPI 并懂得如何进行数据分析和跟踪。
