• Be responsible for introducing the new products, providing the on-site technical support, following up and handling the quality issue, improving capacity and efficiency, making the related document.                                                                                                                                                                    负责装配新产品的导入、生产现场技术支持、生产品质跟踪处理、产能效率持续改善、相关文件的制定
• Be responsible for assisting supervisor with production management and implementing related indication and requirement assigned by department manager or superior.                                                         协助主管做好生产管理、执行部门经理、上司的相关指示和要求。

Key Responsibilities and End Results: (Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to the following).

• Coordinate with engineering department to complete the quotation for the assembly process of the new project.   

配合工程部进行装配新产品的报价。                                                                                                                                          

• Be responsible for introducing the new projects, confirming the technological process on assembly process, applying jigs, following up the equipment requirement plan and implementation.                                                                                                                                                         负责装配新产品的导入，确定装配的工艺流程、工装夹具申请、机器设备需求计划及跟进落实.
• Setup the assembly parameter, establish work instruction, define number of operators, capacity assessment and layout design, process validation support.
  确定装配的工艺参数及制定工艺指导书、排拉人数的制定、产能评估与产线规划，制程验证支持。
• Follow up the status of try run, collecting and feedback production issues then tracking to solve it during to try run.
  跟踪产品试装配情况，对试产过程中的问题进行总结、反馈并跟踪解决。
• Setup the standard work force in mass production phase. And make time study periodically to balance the production line and finish the line efficiency report to continuously improve and increase efficiency.                 量产产品标准工时的测定与定期研究，工位平衡，完成生产效率报告；持续该善，提高效率。
• Follow up the daily production issue, such as incoming abnormal, quality issue and so on, to make sure the production can be run smoothly.                                                                                      日常生产问题的跟进，来料异常、品质问题等，保证生产顺利进行。
• Train the line leader and operator about the production’s process and work instruction to make sure they can understand and exactly execute the requirement of assembly and test.                                                                 对产线进行产品工艺要求及WI的培训，使其能理解并准确执行组装和测试等生产要求。
• Patrol the work site to inspect fixture, equipment, operation method, material and parameter setting if is up to specification. If any inconformity found, ask the supervisor to correct and monitor the execution process.                                                                                                                                                   生产现场巡查，对生产现场工装夹具、设备、人员动作、物料与参数设定等进行检查，遇有不符合规定之处，提出改正要求并监督执行。
• Analyze and contain the issue complained by customer. And work out the containment method, rework method with production supervisor, moreover, give out the prevention action.                                                                       客户投诉问题的分析围堵，与生产主管一起确定围堵方法、返工方法，提出预防改善措施。
• Guide the production line to adopt the relevant action to follow up the change on engineering requirement and material.                                                                                                                                                                 依据工程要求和物料更改通知，指导产线采取应有的行动以符合要求。
  • To finish all kinds of report and other temporary tasks assigned by superior.                                                                   完成各种要求的报表及上级临时指派的其它任务。
  • Be familiar with and comply strictly the company’s EHS (Environment Health and Safety) policy and implementation requirement.                                                                                                                                      熟悉并严格遵守公司的EHS方针及EHS实施要求。

•  College degree or above with more than three years work experience.                                                                               大专或以上学历，五年以上相关工作 经验。
•  Good skill in Office software.                                                                                                                                                      能熟练操作Office 办公软件。
•  Good skill in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.                                                                熟练的英语听、说、读、写技能。
• Be professional in related manufacturing technologies, and be professional in related post-pross(like Ultrasonic Welding, Dispensing, Heat Stake, laser welding, Seal package, Silk printing, subassembly, leakage testing, AOI inspection etc).

具备医疗产品相关制造技术，有后制程工艺（超声波焊接，点胶，热熔，激光焊，密封包装，丝印，次组装，泄漏测试，视觉检测等）方面的专业知识。

• Familiar with the ISO Quality Management System and regulation requirements, such as: ISO13485, EUMDR, FDA 21CFR Part 11& Part 820 and China Medical Device Manufacturing Quality Management Regulation (China FDA Notification No.64 of 2014),can build up quality awareness and quality improvements.

熟悉ISO质量管理和法规要求，比如：ISO 13485,EUMDR ，FDA 21CFR,中国医疗器械生产质量管理规范（中国食品药品监督管理局公告2014年第64号）和相关附录，并能够树立质量意识和质量改进。
