Job Summary

Jabil Circuit (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant Intern to provide support to our dynamic supply chain operations. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, contributing to the efficient flow of goods and materials.

Job Responsibilities

* Assist with data entry and maintenance in the supply chain management system.
* Support the tracking and monitoring of inventory levels and material movements.
* Help prepare and analyze reports related to supply chain performance, such as on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.
* Communicate with internal teams and external suppliers to gather information and resolve minor issues.
* Participate in supply chain meetings and contribute to discussions.
* Assist with documentation and filing of supply chain related paperwork.
* Conduct basic research on supplier capabilities and market trends as directed.
* Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Supply Chain team.

Job Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* A strong desire to learn and contribute to supply chain operations.
* Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
