一、岗位职责

负责仓库物资入库、存储、出库、盘点、台账管理及库区安全等全流程工作，确保库存物资完好、账实相符、仓库规范有序，保障公司物资正常周转。

1. 入库管理

核对到货物资单据、规格、数量及质量，完成物资验收。合格物资及时录入系统、登记台账、分类上架；对破损、短缺、不合格物资隔离存放并及时上报，做好单据归档。

2. 仓储保管

按物资品类、批次、有效期分区规范存放，标识清晰。落实防潮、防火、防盗等防护措施，定期巡检保养物资，严格执行先进先出原则，杜绝物资积压、损坏、过期、丢失。

3. 出库管理

凭有效合规单据办理物资出库，仔细核对物资信息，精准备货复核，杜绝错发、漏发。出库后及时更新系统及台账，做好物资交接记录，保证账、单、物一致。

4. 盘点对账

日常核对出入库数据，定期完成日、周、月度及年度盘点工作。出具盘点报表，排查账实差异、查明原因并跟进整改，梳理呆滞、积压物资，定期上报库存异常。

5. 库区安全与环境管理

保持仓库库区、通道整洁畅通。严格执行仓库安全制度，定期检查消防、安防设备，落实各项安全防护措施，排查安全隐患，做好仓库设备日常维护。

6. 单据报表与对接工作

整理、核对、归档各类仓储单据，按时完成库存数据统计及报表上报。配合财务、采购、生产等部门对账工作，及时同步库存动态。

7. 其他工作

配合仓库整改、库存优化、审计盘点等专项工作，完成上级交办的其他仓储相关工作。

二、任职要求

1. 基本条件

18-45周岁，高中及以上学历，身体健康，可适配仓库劳作及加班工作。品行端正、踏实负责、服从管理、执行力强，无不良从业记录。

2. 专业能力

具备1年以上仓管工作经验，熟悉出入库、盘点流程及物资保管规范。熟练使用办公软件及Excel制表，会操作SAP系统优先。掌握先进先出管理原则，了解仓库安全基础规范。

3. 综合素质

对数字敏感，工作细致严谨，具备较强责任心，严控数据差错。具备基础现场统筹、物资整理能力，沟通协作良好，遵守公司制度，严守数据保密规定，抗压能力良好。

4. 优先条件

有制造、液冷等相关行业经验、持有叉车证或仓储相关证书者优先；熟悉原材料、成品、零配件专项保管规范者优先。
