Role Overview

We are seeking a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead hyperscale electrical architecture and platform strategy across our server and infrastructure business. This role provides system‑level leadership across electrical architecture, power delivery, high‑speed interfaces, and manufacturing scalability, ensuring reliable, cost‑effective, and scalable solutions for global hyperscale customers.

This is a highly strategic role focused on architectural direction, cross‑functional alignment, and long‑term platform success rather than hands‑on execution in a single technical domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system‑level electrical architecture and platform strategy for hyperscale server and infrastructure products.
• Define architectural principles, standards, and guardrails to enable consistent execution across programs and generations.
• Drive alignment across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer teams in a highly matrixed environment.
• Act as a senior technical interface with hyperscale customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks while balancing performance, reliability, cost, and scalability.
• Provide functional leadership for the Electrical Engineering discipline, including developing talent and influencing global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering within server, hyperscale, or infrastructure platforms.
• Proven experience leading system‑level architecture and strategy in complex, global organizations.
• Strong communication and influence skills, with the ability to guide decisions without direct authority.

Preferred

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience supporting hyperscale or cloud customers and large‑scale manufacturing environments.
