Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Electronics; Ph.D. preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in AC-DC power supply design and development, with a strong focus on server, data center, or enterprise-level power solutions.
  • Expert-level knowledge of power conversion topologies, control methods, magnetics design, and component selection (e.g., MOSFETs, IGBTs, capacitors, inductors).
  • Proficiency with power electronics simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, Simplis, MATLAB/Simulink).
  • Strong understanding of EMI/EMC principles and design techniques for compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance and safety standards (e.g., UL, CE, CCC).
  • Familiarity with advanced cooling techniques for high-power-density applications.
  • Experience with firmware/software aspects of power supply control is a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
