JOB SUMMARY
Lead highly complex project managment initiatives for technically challenging customer engagments or innovation projects. Have demonstrated experience managing engineering project teams to guide and advise our strategic customers from conceptualization through releasing products into a production environment. Become an integral part of a team that champions engineering excellence, creativity and innovation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Demonstrate a professional level of competence in project management providing team leadership and customer interaction. 
2. Identify and monitor risks (threats & opporunities), plan and implement responses to those risks.
3. Incorporate approved changes into the project in a timely manner while maintaining quality management processes for change initiative activities and outputs.
4. Recognize the Project Key Success Indicators (KPIs) and manage the work within scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
5. Work with and manage external vendors/suppliers.
6. Work on complex customer engagements and assist with business and/or contract negotiations with minimal supervision.
7. Creative and good in solving complex problems.
8. Independently conduct internal formal reviews to ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements. 
9. Ensure all products and services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and are on time and within budget.
10. Communicate technical aspects of a project effectively to customers.
11. Facilitating communication as appropriate to all involved and effectively  manage complex stakeholder needs. This includes escalating issues to the next level of management.
12.Host meetings and conduct complex project status discussions with minimal supervision.
13.Independently develop  project  schedules and budgets to track progress and costs,
14. Deal with vendor for licesense agreement and cost manager 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles, fundamentals and knowledge areas.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Agile practices.
- Wide-ranging experience  in product development and manufacturing processes including test validation.
- Experienced in key project management tools (ie. Microsoft Project) and requirements management tools.
- Proficient in Budget planning, estimating, funding, managing, updating, reporting, and controlling costs so that projects can be completed within the approved budget. 
- Creative in developing methods  to improve project cost by streamlining processes and systems (i.e. modification of responsibilities or consolidation of tasks, elimination of non-value-added processes, or complete re-engineering of processes and systems).
- Strong skills integrating the Change Management Process with project management to meet the project objectives.
- Lead projects in a stage-gate process. 
- Solid technical background to recognize, assess and communicate cross-functional issues and risks. 
- Awareness of industry or specific sector, regulatory and safety standards.
