Job Profile Title:         Facilities Administrator and Services Coordinator

Location/ Division Specific Information-  SLC/ Grantsville UT/ S02

How will you make an impact?-

Responsible for processing facility work requests and purchasing materials required to complete work requests. The Facilities Coordinator will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure correct execution of preventive maintenance.

What will you do? -  

  • Process facility work requests and assign work requests to appropriate members of Facilities Support Team.

  • Coordinate all maintenance work requests to include preventive maintenance, equipment record files, time records, and instrument calibration documentation.
    ·          Purchase materials necessary to perform work requests, to replenish routine housekeeping and maintenance supplies, and for special projects.
    ·          Research and communicate with vendors for the purchase of supplies and equipment necessary for the Facilities Support Department.
    ·          Tracking labor and material costs for department personnel and subcontractor labor.
    ·          Maintain Facilities Maintenance Management software.
    ·          Assist with onboarding of contract vendors to perform special skilled work and make sure invoices are paid on a timely basis.
    ·          Answer telephone messages, distribute mail throughout Facilities Support Department, maintain keys for desks and overheads, and maintain Kronos
    ·          Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
    ·          Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
    ·         May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


How will you get here? – 

Education: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Experience: 

  • 2- 4 experience years required in all of the following: Maintenance updates, record keeping, asset management, billing processing, vendor management and making suggestions to supervisor

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:  

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

  • Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software

  • Advanced PC skills, including training and willingness to learn Jabil’s software packages

  • Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aid

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions

  • Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Previous facilities/ warehouse experience is preferred

  • Preferred experience with SAP and Coupa
