Responsible for CNC process optimization and execution.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

- CNC Machining: Plastic components, multi-axis operations
- Controllers: Fanuc, Siemens
- Machine Settings & Optimization: Tool offsets, spindle speed, feed rate tuning
- Probing Capability: On-machine probing for part alignment and in-process inspection
- Macro Programming: Custom G-code macros for automation and error-proofing
- Process Improvement: Cycle time reduction, lean manufacturing, Kaizen
- Quality Tools: Cp/Cpk analysis, SPC, FMEA
- Software: UGNX CAD/CAM, AutoCAD, MS Excel, Minitab

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Led Plastic CNC machining initiatives for high-precision components.
- Optimized machine settings and tool paths, achieving 20% cycle time reduction.
- Developed and implemented Fanuc macro programs for automated probing and tool change routines.
- Enabled probing capability on CNC machines, reducing manual inspection time by 40%.
- Conducted Cp/Cpk qualification for critical dimensions, ensuring process stability and capability >1.33.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive Kaizen and lean projects.
