Position Summary:

• Quality Technicianis responsible forassistingthe Quality Assurance function as technical support in issues affectingmanufacturing,supportingand drivingcorrective action efforts.

Key Responsibilities and End Results: 

• Execute all activities related to the quality controldepartment;

• Manage daily tasks as per instructions from immediatesupervisor;

• Perform inspections according to workorders;

• Collect and analyze data ondefects;

• Monitor adherence to safety standards andregulations;

• Supervise other employees within thedepartment;

• Report findings and resultstomanagement;

• Conduct audits andinspections;

• Work closely with other departments such as engineering, procurement, andmanufacturing;

• Provide trainingtonew staffmembers whennecessary;

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with qualitystandards;

• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed bysupervisor;

• Comply withand follow all procedures within thecompany'ssecurity policy.

Job Specifications:

• High school diploma or equivalentrequired;

• Experience working in a similar role preferably within the automotiveindustry;

• Knowledgeable about quality assurance processes andprocedures;

• Ability to work independently;

• Strong organizational skills and attention todetail;

• Excellent communication skills both written andverbal;

• Ability to multitask effectively while meetingdeadlines;

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

• Fluent English language skillsessential;

• Ability to work in a teamenvironment;
