We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to help drive operational excellence and support our growing production teams.

The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are met. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role supports efficient operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and employee development within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to achieve operational targets.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.

• Monitor production performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Materials teams to optimize production flow.

• Support problem-solving activities and implementation of corrective actions.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements in productivity, quality, and efficiency.

• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards.

• Provide guidance, training, and support to production employees.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma required; technical education is an advantage.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

• Good level of English communication skills (written and spoken).
