Position Summary


The Facilities Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating facility operations, maintenance activities, contractor management, utility-related projects, and infrastructure improvements across the site. The position requires a strong technical engineering background and the ability to support facility expansion, modification, and capital projects.
The role acts as the interface between facility users, suppliers, maintenance companies engineering consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and reliableoperation of building systems and utilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate facility work requests and assign activities to internal teams and external contractors.

  • Support operation and maintenance of HVAC, BMS, electrical distribution, water systems, compressed air systems, fire protection systems, and other site utilities.

  • Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, layouts, singleline diagrams, utility schematics, and as-built documentation.

  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with internal teams and service providers.

  • Manage supplier quotations, technical comparisons, contractor selection, and project execution support.

  • Act as primary interface with maintenance companies, suppliers, consultants, and contractors.

  • Support planning, execution, and close-out of facility modification, relocation infrastructure upgrade, and expansion projects.

  • Monitor project scope, cost, schedule, risks, safety requirements, and contractor performance.

  • Participate in facility design reviews and identify potential technical or operational risks.

  • Support utility capacity assessments for future production and facility expansion requirements.

  • Maintain facility documentation, permits, maintenance records, asset information, and project files.

  • Use CMMS/EAM systems to manage work orders, maintenance records, and action tracking.

  • Support budgeting, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice verification activities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, EHS requirements, local regulations, and engineering standards.


Preferred Education

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering field.

  • Professional experience in industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device,

  • electronics, automotive, or similar technical environments is highly preferred.


Technical Competencies

  • Working knowledge of HVAC and building utility systems.

  • Basic understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS).

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.

  • Knowledge of maintenance concepts including preventive and corrective maintenance.

  • Experience coordinating contractors and technical suppliers.

  • Understanding of project management fundamentals including scope, schedule, cost, and risk control.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Very good level of English language


Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting industrial or manufacturing facilities of comparable scale and complexity.

  • Experience with facility expansion, equipment installation, utility upgrades, or infrastructure projects.

  • Experience working with external engineering companies, contractors, or service providers.

  • Experience with CMMS, EAM, or maintenance management systems
