We are looking for a skilled and experiencedToolmakerto leadtoolingmaintenance and precision machining activities, with a strong focus onCNC operations and injection mold tooling. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance and repair of complex multi-cavity injection molds, jigs, fixtures, and dies.

• Interpret 2D/3D technical drawings and CAD/CAM data foraccuratemachining and mold repair.

• Operate advanced machining equipment including3-axis CNC, EDM wire/sink, grinding, and polishing tools.

• Manufactureand refurbish precision spare parts and molds usingappropriate materialsand methods.

• Mentor and guidetoolingtechnicians and engineers to ensure best practices andtimelyexecution.

• Solve technical issues related to tooling, machining, and fabrication using diagnostic tools.

• Recommend improvements in design, materials, and processes foroptimalproduction results.

• Ensure quality through precision measuring instruments (e.g., CMM) andmaintaina safe, organized workspace.

WhatWe’reLooking For:

• Technical high school graduate

• 7–10 years of experience in injection mold tooling and CNC machining.

• Strong skills in working with tight tolerances and complex geometries.

• Proficiencyin CAD/CAM, blueprint reading, and dimensional stack-up analysis.

• Solid math and geometry knowledge

• Proficiencyin English and Croatian

• Team-oriented with leadership capabilities and a proactive mindset.

• Nice to have: Completed technical apprenticeship or having craftsmanship certificate in toolmaking.
