負責模具維修、組裝、銲補及相關技術支援，確保生產模具的正常運作與效率。

職責

* 執行模具的鉗工、組裝、銲補、拋光、研磨等維修工作。
* 依照生產排程進行模具的日常保養、檢查與維護。
* 分析模具故障原因，提出解決方案並進行修復。
* 協助模具的試模、驗證及生產過程中的問題排除。
* 負責模具零組件的拆卸、清潔、檢測與更換。
* 使用各種量測工具檢測模具精度，確保符合設計規範。
* 填寫模具維修報告及相關技術文件。
* 遵守安全操作規範，維護工作環境的整潔與安全。
* 完成主管交辦的其他事項。

資格

* 具備模具鉗工、組裝或銲補相關工作經驗，至少2年以上。
* 熟悉各類模具結構及工作原理，特別是射出成型模具者優先。
* 具備識圖能力，能理解模具設計圖及相關技術文件。
* 熟練操作傳統加工機床，如銑床、磨床、車床等。
* 具備氬弧焊 (TIG) 或雷射焊 (Laser Welding) 經驗者佳。
* 細心、負責，具備良好的問題解決能力。
* 能夠獨立作業，並具備團隊合作精神。
* 高中或職業學校以上學歷，機械或模具相關科系畢業尤佳。
* 能配合公司生產需求加班。
