Job Summary

Responsible for conducting final outgoing quality inspections on products manufactured on Jabil production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements prior to shipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform visual, functional, and packaging inspections on outgoing products in accordance with Jabil quality standards, customer specifications, and inspection instructions.
  • Accurately complete inspection reports and maintain quality records to ensure data integrity and traceability.
  • Work closely with Production and Quality Engineering teams to promptly communicate and address quality issues identified during inspections.
  • Assist with the segregation, identification, and disposition of non-conforming products.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide recommendations for process and product quality enhancements.
  • Comply with company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, technical secondary school diploma, or above.
  • Minimum of 1 year of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in electronics manufacturing or precision manufacturing is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented attitude.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to maintaining high quality standards.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in common office applications.
