负责生产过程中的质量检查和审核，确保产品符合质量标准。

主要职责**

* 执行IPQA（生产过程质量保证）现场检查和审核，包括生产线巡检、过程控制点检查和产品抽样检验。
* 识别和记录生产过程中的质量问题、不符合项和潜在风险，并及时向上级汇报。
* 参与质量问题的根本原因分析，并协助制定纠正和预防措施。
* 确保生产过程符合SOP（标准操作程序）和相关质量管理体系要求。
* 协助生产部门实施质量改进计划，提高产品质量和生产效率。
* 维护和更新IPQA相关记录和报告。
* 参与新产品导入和工艺变更的质量评估。
* 完成上级交办的其他相关任务。

任职资格**

* 高中或同等学历以上，理工科专业优先。
* 1年以上制造行业IPQA或QA相关工作经验，有电子制造行业经验者优先。
* 熟悉质量管理体系（如ISO9001），了解IPQC/IPQA工作流程和方法。
* 具备良好的观察力、分析能力和解决问题的能力。
* 能够独立工作并承受一定工作压力。
* 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
* 基础的英语读写能力，能够理解英文SOP和报告。
* 熟练使用办公软件（Word, Excel等）。
