Travels: Weekly Travels to Raron (VS), Switzerland

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS policies, programs, permits, and compliance documentation.
• Lead, develop, and support teams to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in EHS performance
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations, including reporting and recordkeeping.
• Build strong relationships with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders to support compliance and continuous improvement.
• Deliver EHS training programs and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with plant leadership and functional teams to drive EHS performance and support operational goals.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant EHS experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Fluency in German, Italian, and English.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of logistics operations, regulatory requirements, and global customs/tax frameworks.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including experience with business analytics and optimization.
• Proven ability to lead change initiatives and drive productivity or cost‑reduction improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
